Customer identification:

The codes used for the identification of the user/customer are two: the Username and the Personal Secret Security Code (Password), which each time they are entered, provide access in complete security to his/her personal data. He is given the possibility to change his Personal Secret Password as often as he wishes. The only person who has access to his data is himself through the above passwords and is solely responsible for maintaining its secrecy from third parties. In case of loss or leakage, he must immediately notify the COMPANY, otherwise the COMPANY is not responsible for the use of the secret password by an unauthorized person. The COMPANY's online store in no way discloses or makes public the personal data and information of users/customers. Personal data is used exclusively for the proper execution of transactions. All information is encrypted and kept in complete security.

Ensuring the confidentiality of the transfer of your Personal Data:

To ensure the confidentiality of data transfer, the COMPANY uses the SSL-256bit encryption protocol.

Encryption:

From the beginning to the end of the connection (on-line session) with the COMPANY's online store, all information and personal data of the user/customer are encrypted using the SSL 256-bit encryption protocol. Encryption is essentially a way of encoding the information until it reaches the designated recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. Each time the user logs on to the COMPANY's online store, all communication between the user's computer and the COMPANY's systems is encrypted using a 256-bit key. That is, each time information is sent to the system, the browser first encrypts it using a 256bits key and then sends it to the system. The COMPANY's system first decrypts the information it receives using the same key (predefined at the start of the user's connection to the service) and then processes it. COMPANY systems send information following the same encryption procedure.

Login codes (Username) & Security codes (Password):

To enter the COMPANY's online store, the user uses two passwords, the Username and the Personal Secret Security Code (Password). The COMPANY's online store gives the possibility to change the Personal Secret Security Code (password) as often as desired and COMPANY recommends, for security reasons, that users change the password at regular intervals and avoid using the same codes.

Personal Data - Confidentiality of Transactions:

User data (name, profession, e-mail address, home address, landline phone, mobile phone, etc.) and transactions of the users of the online store are considered confidential, as in normal transactions in a commercial store. The users when providing their data in the context of their transactions as herein, will be informed by the COMPANY and consent and accept the forthcoming processing of these personal data, for the needs of smooth and easy transaction between the parties, as well as the transmission of these data to recipients who will be specifically identified and are the employees and employees of the company in the context of the execution of the contract concluded. Furthermore, the existence of the right of access and the right of opposition under Articles 12 and 13 of Law 2472/1997 is hereby also disclosed. It is confirmed that only authorised employees have access to transaction information and only when necessary, e.g. for the processing of orders.

Otherwise the COMPANY is committed not to disclose the details of customers and their transactions, unless it has a written authorization from them, or this is imposed by a court decision or decision of another public authority. The personal data declared in the online store are used exclusively by the store or its affiliated companies, for the purpose of supporting, promoting and executing the transactional relationship, promoting goods and informing customers.
